About the Composer

Mark Zuckerman’s music has been recognized for clarity, expressive depth, and a distinctive modern voice. Awards include the ITA Composition Competition (3rd Place, 2025) and finalist for the Lowell Chamber Orchestra Call for Scores (2022). Among competitions won are the Hal Campbell Composition Competition and the Boston Metro Opera Choral Competition. He was awarded an Artist Fellowship by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts. His works have been performed across the U.S. and Europe by ensembles, soloists, and university programs.
